Glitter Ricky's New Camera

2014 has been a really challenging year. The hard drive in my VAIO crashed, which led to me having to replace it with a MAC. During an event, my Sony NEX-6 fell onto the floor and the LCD screen broke. All I can really use right now is my Olympus OMD. It doesn't really compare to the powers that other photographers possess in the city. Naturally to say I'm a little insecure of my own craft at the moment.

The living costs of San Francisco are astronomical and I'm trying to force a smile in light of all these challenges. I would still like to pursue my creative desires while searching for a full-time job in the process (currently I'm doing a marketing research gig but most of that goes straight into rent and also $28k worth of student loans). A lot of what I do in capturing the magic of parties is practically a labor of love and I would like to be able to help out more artists and support more parties by doing them justice. The camera body of the Sony Alpha a7R would allow me to capture everything with brilliance. Not only will I stop complaining about how I would like to have a new camera, but I will help out those who decide to show me some GoFundMe love. You know I hate asking for help so I'm reaching out to the universe...
