Willow

Mike, Selena and Sheldon lost their dog Willow while she was giving birth. Willow underwent an emergency C-section but did not survive the procedure. The family is now stuck with a $2244 emergency vet bill. 

11 of her 14 puppies survived. These puppies are in need of a surrogate.
