Need your help!

I've recently been taken out of work for at least two months due to a Hyperosmolar Nonketotic Coma in which I was within hours of losing my life. I had gotten sick and got dehydrated which sent my diabetes into overdrive. My sugar level soared to 977. After days in ICU, I'm finally here to tell about it. I live alone and no other financial means except for my job. So unable to work because I cannot walk unassisted (due to 4 falls during this episode) has me very stressed over getting my bills paid until I can recover and get back to work. Any financial help you may be able assist me with would mean everything. I've only ask for the bare minimum that I pay per month for two months to get by and not lose what little I have.
