Max's Medical Fund

Max was diagnosed with diabetes in October of last year. Diabetes is a treatable condition, but his body is being stubborn about responding to treatment. Over the past few months he's developed neuropathy in his back legs, which affects his ability to walk properly. Neuropathy is also, thankfully, a treatable and reversible condition. Max gets his two insulin shots every day, special food, and B vitamin supplements to help his legs. He also requires daily home blood glucose tests to determine how well the insulin is working. Max is remaining in high spirits through it all and is finally starting to show signs of improvement! 

Diabetes maintenance in cats  (where any kind of insurance is not applicable) is pretty expensive! The food, insulin, syringes, testing supplies, vitamins, and vet visits/tests add up FAST.  I'll spend my last dime on my friend to help him get well, but if you're able to help Max and I out even just a little bit, we would greatly appreciate it!
