Cathy’s Cancer Crushers

Catherine “Cathy” Prisk is one of my best friends.  Three short months ago she felt a lump in her breast.  Having had cysts before she made an appointment to have it checked.  On her birthday she finds out it’s Cancer and not a cyst.  The official diagnosis is Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Stage 2A Grade 3....what a mouthful.  Fast forward through the next 3 months...many tests, 3 surgeries, dozens of doctor appointments and chemo treatments are now her life and will be for about the next 7 months.  After working full-time her entire adult life, being unable to work is devastating.  She is feeling extremely overwhelmed with the amount of medical bills that come in almost on a daily basis.  I am starting this page to help alleviate at least one thing for her.  She needs to concentrate on getting healthy and cancer free!!  Any help would be greatly appreciated....thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
