Cat has to have tail amputated

Donation protected

Hello everyone. My cat Sugarfoot, who I got 2 years ago from someone who didn’t want a kitten anymore and she has been my very loyal friend since. My children moved out and they took the dog and left the cat with me and she was my only companion during the first covid of 2020. I am on disability pension and I don’t have much money at the end of each fortnightly pay.

The thing is, she has caused damage to her tail somehow and I took her to the vet immediately after noticing it the night before. She has hadan antibiotic needle and has been told that shehas to have her tail removed I paid $103 for the antibiotic and consultation. I talked to mychildren and asked them if they could help pitch in towards the surgery. They said can’t and they are broke from too my payments( one of them work the other is in university studying tobe a doctor) they do not have the money. And Ido not have the money.

I could only think to try this way of getting anymoney for Sugarfoot surgery because if she doesn’t have it removed, it can get infected and itcan be much worse. I have tried the rspca and told them I’m a pensioner and they told me they don’t do that and to apply for a loan which has very high interest.

So if there is anyone out there that would be kind enough to put anything towards this wonderful girl, it will be so greatly appreciated, I willbe forever and ever grateful. God bless and happy tidings to all of you

Included is the second opinion bill and the surgery is booked for Wednesday 13th January. IfI don’t have the money I will have to postpone it till the funds are there for her. Thank you again
