My sisters were riding yesterday afternoon having an amazing time.  Unfortunately entered 110Fwy and on exit 43 realized it was an immediate stop to the exit.  Valerie my twin was leading and did not anticipate the immediate stop, fishtailed and fell off her bike. Sustaining bad bruising but was able to get up.  Susy understanding she could not make the stop proceeded and seen Valerie was ok.  Assuming Carmen would follow behind her and come back.  Carmen saw Valerie fishtail and fall, noticed Susy kept going not realizing she should have done the same and decided to stop and help Valerie up.  Carmen, unfortunately, was coming up on the 43 exit much fast and could not stop herself and found herself in the same predicament as Val but at a much faster velocity.  She hit a bump to slow you down and flew off her bike.  Bounced off the pavement and hit a wall.  She has sustained face fracture, broken shoulder, broken arm, and elbow.  BY THE GRACE of God that was all.  We are asking Friends and family for a little help as Carmen is still in the hospital with a couple more surgeries to her arm and face scheduled.  Carmen has no medical insurance.  She will be out of work for a couple of weeks.  So the loss of pay is inevitable.  Anything would help.  Help us get Carmen back up on her feet and going.  Thank you all in advance for reading this story.
