It is with the greatest of sadness that I deliver to you today the heartbreaking news of the death of our colleague and friend, Carlyle Ford. On behalf of all of us here at Big Bus New York, I have taken the liberty of sending out to his family, our most heartfelt condolences and sympathy.
Carlyle will be deeply missed here, leaving behind now only those fond memories we have of him. His positive outlook on life was most admirable, even contagious some would say. He always had a smile for everyone and was highly regarded by everyone who ever had the opportunity to meet him.
Back in 2015, when Carlyle joined Big Bus Tours NY, he took on the position of Customer Service agent. Over the years, he worked his way into the position of Street Team Leader. Regardless of the challenges he may have had along the way, everyone who’d ever had the privilege of working with him, always found him a special pleasure to work with.
Such an extraordinary person Carlyle was. This is truly a great loss to our company and to our community as a whole. He will be profoundly missed by everyone whose lives he touched. Let us remember CARLYLE each time, with a smile upon our faces.
