Carlton Paige Chambers Med Expenses

I am starting a fundriser for my father Carlton "Paige" Chambers. As many of you already know he was involved in a terrible car accident on Thursday December 7th, 2017 on his way to work in the Dalles Oregon.  He lost control when his car hit a patch of ice which inevitebly led to him flipping his truck leaving him with some very serious injuries. He was taken to Mid- Columbia medical center in the Dalles Oregon and then upon further evauation he was taken by ambulance to OHSU ICU.                                                                                                          His back, ribs and scapula were all fractured in multiple places along with him suffering a slight punctered lung many contusions mostly on the lungs. He also suffered Myocarditis and a concussion that has him struggling to have normal cognitive function such as knowing the current year, month and any of the details that led him in to the hospital in the first place
        He is in constant pain but stays in high spirits and is working as hard as he can to get better but his future recovery timeline is still uncertain.  My mom is doing her best but these costs will be difficult for her to take on alone as he has been the main source of income in their household.  He always worked hard to take care of not only his wife but his whole family as well, he never really stopped being a provider.
              These funds are needed immedietely to help cover medical and rehibilitation costs, the recovery will most likely be over a year. His lengh of stay at OHSU trauma unit is unknown at this time along with the extensive rehibilitation following his discharge from OHSU. 100% of the funds will be going to help cover his medical costs and also to help make up for the costs due to lack of work. Anything will go a long way in  helping our family bounce back from this traumatic event. We thank you in advance for all the love and support.
