A todos los amigos y conocidos, con gran tristeza me veo hoy en el deber de informarles que en el pasado primero de marzo después de sufrir varias terribles convulsiones, Paco, mi esposo fue diagnosticado con un astrocytoma (cancer en el cerebro) que no puede ser operado por su gran tamaño y profundidad. Después de un largo tratamiento de radiaciones y quimioterapia continua sufriendo diarios episodios convulsivos estando en casa bajo permanente supervision y esperando que se recupere un poco para hacer otra cirugía y retirar un filtro que se le puso debido a unos trombos que se le presentaron, lo cual impide que tengamos ingresos.
Estas razones nos hacen acudir a ustedes por ayuda, a los que nos conocen saben lo difícil que esta decision ha sido para nosotros. Nos apena mucho pero estamos necesitados de explorar nuevos tratamientos y otros criterios medicos en su mayoría fuera de la ciudad y el estado.
