Carley's Internship Experience Fund

This Summer I will have the honor of working and learning at The Geffen Playhouse in a Literary Managerial internship! Though an amazing opportunity, it is an unpaid one, and living in LA (where I will have to live for 9 weeks during the Summer) is truly expensive. I'm hoping to raise 3,000 dollars to help me cover housing, so I can take this opportunity and enjoy the experience fully.

At this internship I will attend networking events-including production rehearsals and cast parties-read innumerable new plays- writing coverage on them, recommending the for production at the playhouse, or writing rejection letters to the playwright- and also learn the ins and outs of theatre management and daily life as a part of a professional theatre company!
