In memory of Jamie for British Heart Foundation

Soon the dreaded 1 year anniversary of Jamie-leighs passing over the rainbow will be upon us. In discussions with her mum Ellen and my Mia we have decided to try and raise money for the British Heart Foundation so the can continue to fund essential research into a way to help fanilies stay toghether and not be separated by a loved ones passing.
