Carla Jo Kirkpatrick Smith's Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Memorial/Charity fund for Carla Jo Kirkpatrick-Smith. During Carla's life on earth she worked at Lad Lake 38 years changing and molding troubled, young men's lives as a Cognitive Disabilities Specialist. She taught with all her heart and soul. Carla had a way of leaving an impacting impression on anyone she would meet, even if it was only for five minutes. It was easy to fall in love with her. She cared about everyone she ever encountered with everything she had. She volunteered as much as she could, donated anything she had to charities and always put others first.
She had been going to Dialysis for the past 7 years and created a family there. No matter where she went she would touch people's hearts. Family was her life. She will be greatly missed by everyone who was blessed to know her.
She always gave everything of herself to help others in need, even now we know she would want to give again to her favorite charities.
Be like Carla.
Especially this Christmas season, it was her favorite time of the year. She always taught us to never walk by a red kettle without giving to those less fortunate.
May this beautiful angel fly high and Rest in Peace. She will forever shine and live on through us all.
Dan, Dj, Amber & all her extended family
