Carl and Amanda Bethuy: Helping Hunter's Healing

Hunter is our 14 year old son that was recently diagnosed with a form of bone cancer in his shoulder called Osteosarcoma.  He was diagnosed about one month ago following an accident on his bike when he hit his shoulder against a tree.  This led to a battery of testing and a new cancer diagnosis.  Hunter has already started chemotherapy as his tumor has almost tripled in size over the past month and would have continued at this rapid pace.  He will be receiving a total of 30 weeks of chemotherapy, as well as a surgery in between to remove the cancer cells/tumor as well as any bone that is infected.  This is not our first journey with cancer, as Hunter's father passed away in 2009 from a form of bone cancer called multiple myeloma, when Hunter was three and his sister was one and we know the impact that this had on our family previously.  We are asking  for anyone that could help to assist as we navigate through co-pays, new prescriptions, hospitalizations, transportation and daily living expenses.
