Care for Leti, Cuida a Leti

Leti is a long-time Wood River resident and a matriarch in the Rasberrys kitchen.  She is the mother of 3 young boys, loving wife and fabulous sister.  (All of whom work in our kitchen too.)  They have been part of Rasberrys since the beginning.  Leti is the woman cooking made-from-scratch menu favorites at the Bistro and at so many of our catered functions around Sun Valley.  Leti was first diagnosed with breast cancer about 2017.  She sought treatment while continuing to provide for her family and keep her spirits up.  Unfortunately her condition has worsened and she is unable to work. The cancer is back she is spending time at home to focus on her health so she can join us again in the kitchen.  While Leti and her family have been very private about her condition thus far, we feel it was time to share with others.  Our kitchen and community are a tight knit family and support each other in time of need.  Any amount will help Leti and her loved ones during this difficult stage. If you cannot spare a donation, positive thoughts and good energy are appreciated too.  We don't know where we would be without her.

Leti es residente de Wood River desde hace mucho tiempo y matriarca en la cocina de Rasberrys. Es madre de 3 niños pequeños, esposa amorosa y hermana fabulosa. (Todos los cuales trabajan en nuestra cocina también.) Han sido parte de Rasberrys desde el principio. Leti es la mujer que cocina los favoritos del menú hecho en casa en el Bistro y muchas de nuestras funciones atendidas en Sun Valley. Leti fue diagnosticada por primera vez con cáncer de seno alrededor de 2017. Buscó tratamiento mientras continuaba manteniendo a su familia y manteniendo su ánimo. Lamentablemente, su condición ha empeorado y no puede trabajar. El cáncer está de regreso, pasa tiempo en casa para concentrarse en su salud y poder unirse a nosotros nuevamente en la cocina. Si bien Leti y su familia han sido muy confidenciales sobre su condición hasta ahora, creemos que era hora de compartir con otros. Nuestra cocina y comunidad son una familia muy unida y se apoyan mutuamente en momentos de necesidad. Cualquier cantidad ayudará a Leti y a sus seres queridos durante esta etapa difícil. Si no puede ahorrar una donación, apreciará también los pensamientos positivos y la buena energía. No sabemos dónde estaríamos sin ella.
