Saving Clark - Needs Amputation

We need your help...Found , Horribly Neglected 1 yr old Norwich Terrier, we think.  All alone and lost, no bad that needs amputation, he is so neglected his front leg was eaten away.

Brave little guy...found on Dec 26th wandering alone in the Mtns near Asheville, 23 degree temperatures. Had a Left front leg with very old bandage...a past broken leg now curved in, swollen with fluid , gaingrene, deformed and and so infected he smelled horribly. His tail wagged as soon as we bent down. We got him into a heated shed, made him a bed with a Superman blanket. He was starving but alert and grateful. We then called a caring and well known known rescuer, Brother Wolf, Denise the owner suggested we take him into town right away to REACH Animal Hospital. We spent late last nite there, they gave him pain meds until he could be seen, 3 hrs later due to so much demand. They had to sedate him to remove the bandage...the bone had been eaten away between the paw and shoulder. He needs amputation right away and we worked to get him into a vet so he is scheduled for today, Dec 27th. He is believed to be only a year old, still has baby teeth and clearly neglected and abused. so very sweet.  He really needs your help as the vet bills will be significant, please help us help Clark. He was named after his Superman brave and sweet, we named him Clark (Kent). Please help us help him ... all funds beyond his expenses will benefit Brother Wolf Animal Rescue of Asheville.

Please pass this on to other animal lovers!!
