Care and justice for Bella

Hello,
We are asking for help for our sweet dog Bella, she is the most kindest, smartest gentlest soul you will ever meet.
Unfortunately Bella got out and got lost from her home this morning. Upon her return home we were devastated by the gash on her face.
We immediately rushed her to our local pet hospital, there the vet shared that she believes Bella was struck in the face with a machete just above her eyes crushing her nasal cavity and possibly fracturing her skull. Injuries that may not be seen with an x-ray (which is 600 dollars) will need to be assessed with a CT Scan which starts at 4000 dollars on the low end. The doctor says that even after her CT Scan she will still need surgery to repair her nasal cavity (which is the best possibility) which we have no idea how much may cost.
Bella is a loving member of her family and with totals reaching into atleast $7000 we are left to ask for your help in helping us bring our Bella girl home.
Bella is loved by her dad, mom, 2 human brothers and one doggie brother who is still missing, if you could say prayer for his safe arrival we would greatly appreciate those as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated, even if its even sharing with others so that we can get Bella as much help as soon as possible. Who would do this to this sweet girl?! She has never once been aggressive even though we were told she was left alone for weeks at a time by her previous owner and clearly abused since the first time she saw out other dog Zeus she layed on he floor and peed herself out of fear or nervousness.
