Cara transgender bottom surgery

Hey everyone my name is Cara Aishling and I am transgender ❤❤❤
So a little about me I’ve been on hormones for a while now and I’m looking to get full surgery this year (which is very expensive) I’ve been saving for a while but of course between the cost off living, my hormones and everything else its seems to be taking forever and it’s just my absolute dream to be fair From gp visits, blood tests, online consultations, monthly subscriptions to online chemists/ doctors, prescriptions and hormones the list goes on as you could imagine.
So it’s just difficult to save up myself with everything else coming and going. I’ve seen a few people set up a go fund me and have been very successful and I’ve just bit the bullet and decided to have a go myself as I know there’s plenty of people that would love to see me fulfil my dream
