Car hit by train Help a single mom replace her car

On Wednesday, January 23 2019, Amanda Collins and her 4 year old daughter, Madison, were driving to pick up her son from school. It was snowing heavily and the roads were not cleared very well.
When crossing the train tracks at Ile Perrot train station she got stuck in the snow on the tracks. She almost had the car out when the alarm started and she looked over and saw the train coming honking its horn. She moved quickly jumped out of the car and grabbing her daughter out of the back seat (sitting where the worst damage is) just in time to watch the car get dragged up the tracks.
She is a single mom of 2 with sole custody and all her family is out west. She just recently moved back to her home town of Ile Perrot and is starting over with nothing. Her car only had one way insurance and she will not get any money for it. It is still plated and insured for BC and that's what they said.
Her car is needed to drive her 7 year old to and from school every day and to work.
To top it all off its Amanda's 32nd birthday tomorrow and now instead of celebrating she is dealing with shock and loss of her means of getting around.
