Car Accident - Dad Needs His Truck to Work

On NYE my father was driving home from the bank when a woman illegally turned left from a center lane, causing my father to swerve and hit a light pole. The woman got a ticket but her insurance company is fighting the claim . Dad owns a carpet and upholstery cleaning business and needs a truck to tow his equipment and work (he does it on his own, no employees). Work is already slow due to covid but he has no chance of working without a truck. Please help or share if you can.
