Car accident critical care

My nephew Ethan Ramos age 18 was a passenger in a severe car accident on Friday May 8.  He was ejected from the vehicle and has sustained life threatening injuries that will require a long recovery.  His back was broken and his pelvic bone was broken in front and back.  His knee was completely dislocated and all of the tendons torn loose.  They have done first surgery on his knee and surgery on back portion of pelvis.  He will be going back surgery on Monday for his back.  He will not be able to walk much less work for a very long time and has a baby on the way. He doesn’t have any insurance and will be facing many bills.  Please help with anything possible on his journey to recovery.
