Canvas Bistro OKC

Canvas Bistro, a contemporary Oklahoma bistro, is at its core a 40 seat restaurant in downtown Oklahoma City, located at 611 N. Broadway in the Automobile Alley District. Canvas Bistro in its philosophy is an exploration into food culture and need, housed in four walls, a green- house garden and a sidewalk.
Canvas Bistro is a DREAM. The dream of a team of people spanning the creative arts of cooking, cocktails, art, poetry and music. Canvas Bistro is a restaurant, a bar, a gallery, a performance. We will operate with the idea that friendship, knowledge and growth is best shared over a plate of food with a glass in hand. To pursue a better understanding of the past, present and future of food need and culture and presented in a shared experience environment, Canvas Bistro will be a unique presence in the local restaurant landscape of Oklahoma City and will strive at all times to be an inviting and warm space offering a unique take on a menu, paired with exceptional preparation and service.

The funds raised through this campaign will be utilized to help complete this dream, help finalize construction and provide opening capital to bring this unique vision to reality.  This project has to date been self-funded and hand-built and will continue to be so.
