Camp Morning Wood -Extend Our Musical Summer Camp!

Hey! My name is Nick and I'm helping Marc Eardley and the cast of Camp Morning Wood extend their successful New York run! As one of the first shows to open in NYC after Covid, the boys at camp entertained sold out crowds for 5 weeks. But now that Summer is here, they need some help so that they can keep the camp open until (at least) the end of August. Won't you pitch a tent with us?

I saw Camp Morning Wood in June 2021 and loved what Marc and his team are doing. I knew that I wanted to get involved and I wanted to bring a team of body-positive, queer & gay folks (and our allies!) along for the ride! Marc wants to extend the run of the show and eventually tour with it -- and I 100% support his efforts! The message of this campy-romp is not lost behind the butts and fanny packs!

 

 

Welcome to Camp Morning Wood , where Randy, a gay man at a crossroads in his life after a hellish 30th birthday—finds himself at the front gate of this humble little nudist camp.

 

The story launches Randy into a weekend of titillating tunes, quirky campers, and a soul-searching adventure. Will he save the camp from a tyrannical Republican Senator? Will he find love with the hot go-go twink Kincaid? Will the audience be overwhelmed by too much outrageous nakedness?

 

Randy and the campers bare it all—inside and out—in the show that Gay City News calls a “demented mash up of The Wizard Of Oz, Into The Woods, and Rocky Horror” and Theatermania says "it’s just the thing I needed to get me out and laughing in a roomful of people again."
