Camp Kit for a Homeless Child!

It's that time of year again!!! For those of you that don't know, every summer, Hope Rescue Centre (the NGO I volunteer with) takes over 35 homeless children out of Bucharest for a week long camp in the mountains.
Not only do they get to experience a camp with music, games and activities. But they get the basics that we so often take for granted... showers, beds and hot meals.
This camp is all paid for, including transport, accommodation, food and field trips to local touristy spots BUT their basic necessities are not. These children show up to a week long camp with nothing but the clothes on their back.
With your help and support, I can make each child coming to camp a "camp kit" that includes brand new clothing such as:
- a pair of shoes
- pair of flip flops
- pajamas
- shorts
- shirts
- socks
- underwear
- track suit
- hat
- toothbrush
- deodorant
The cost of a fully funded "camp kit" is $50, 40 GBP or around 200 lei BUT any donation helps. No donation is too small! Any extra money that is raised will be used to buy shampoo, conditioner, travel sickness pills, vomit bags (Remember, these kids never go on buses for long journeys!) and toothpaste!
