Hello Family and Friends,
I know there are needs everywhere in the world at this time. Im reaching out to you today for donations that I might colleclty raise enough money to get my Medicare part B back. I've worked hard all my life and fell into hard times due to my health issues.
My Medicare Part B should be primary and United Health Care through my employer secondary. I have capped out of UHC. I lost coverage October 2016. Im responsible for 80% of my medical bills which is just about $60,000 prior to August 1st 2017. Social Security Administration has agreed to re-enroll and give me back my coverage dating back to August 2016. So the money raised here will be used for this.
I had emergency surgery for blood clots due to A Flutter, which caused a stroke and some loss of vison in my lower quadrants.I had a heart procedure last week. I am also scheduled for physical therapy for my eyes and continued post transplant care.
I have not worked since August 17, 2017. I have applied for short term disability and will be elligable for long term disablity in 6 months. I have applied for SS disability as well.
I have a car note, car insurance, rent and co pays for medication and other utility bills that have to be paid. I would need these funds by October 10, 2017. Any little bit will help.I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this. God Bless You in your giving.
