It is my dream to be a bestselling author who moves and inspires others to awaken to their greatness! With your support this next step is closer to the fulfillment of my dream and ultimate goal. "Begin Within - A Spiritual Playbook for Revealing Your Genuine Life" was born from a desire to remember, practice and live the inspirational words in those daily guides I read. So many people say they read a daily word type of book and then completely forget what it was they read just a few minutes ago. This book is VERY DIFFERENT.
"Begin With" was developed to create and support your daily spiritual work and help you easily remember, practice and implement the activities that bring about a revealing experience sufficient for a personal spiritual awakening. I've written the inspirational messages, affirmations, and prayers while the quotes are handpicked to inspire, uplift and motivate readers in the direction of wholeness.
As members of our tribe, I joyfully request that you all rally around me and this project so we are responsible for the uplifting and awakening of one another.
The book has a very unique layout, graphics and style. I designed it as a life 'playbook' and I am excited to have the opportunity to work with Caitlin Crest, owner of Zepher Graphics, an amazing human being and gifted graphics/web designer. She has greatly reduced her fee and I would love to give her more than she has currently asked for. Oversized, bold and beautiful visual imagery jump off the page and the bonuses inside the book are experiential, creating a truly individualized reading experience.
With the love energy and money gathered through this Gofundme effort, the book will feature an amazing cover design and all marketing expenses will be covered including the cost to have at least 100 playbooks on hand for speaking engagements and special events. This fundraising effort will include the cost of the graphic designer, consultants, advertising and distribution.
This phase of the project reminds me of when I ran track in elementary school. I was on the 440 relay team and I was especially good as the anchor. With a fully funded project it would take about 30 days to finish the book. So this is the anchor portion of the race - where I must give it all I have to get across the finish line. As the anchor, the cheering fans lifted me up and encouraged my successful finish.
