kidney transplant

My name is Daniel Burgett, I'm married to my wonderful wife Diana and we have three great sons together. I was diagnosed with (ESRD) End Stage Renal Failure in August of 2013. In October I started hemo dialysis which I have to do 3x a week for 4 hours a day. For my safety and because of my health I had to resign my job as a Detention Deputy which I loved so much. As a result of my job loss, mounting medical and prescription expenses, plus the fact that I continuously have to go out of town for hospital visits it has taken a toll on our finances. Luckily I have great family and friends and have been approached by a couple that is willing to see if they are compatible for a transplant. Unfortunately this is going to cost a great deal of money because of the associated costs for anti rejection medicines, required stay for weeks at a local hotel and you can imagine all the other expenses. So anyone who knows me knows I'm not the one to ask for help! I'm doing this because I want to get a transplant and get some type of life back and go back to work. If your able to donate that is awesome and you can even remain anonymous, in the least if you could share this on your status on Facebook, friends or church and continue to share I would greatly appreciate it.
