Baby Michael Taylor's Heart Transplant

Michael Emery Taylor was born into this world on April 28th 2014 with a heart defect that was believed to be relatively easy to treat. It turned out to be many times worse than thought and little Mikey was sent to Children's Hospital in Phoenix where his parents, Jake and Brittney Taylor, received the news that a heart transplant would be required to save him.
Michael Fought for three months, suffering several episodeds wher either his heart stopped or he stopped breathing. In early July they got the word that a heart was available and Mikey underwent surgery with a successful out come.
Michael's dad, Jacob, is a Airman in the Air Force stationed at Davis–Monthan Air Force Base, nearly 100 miles away and his mom, Brittney, had to quit working 3 months before Michael was born, based on doctors orders. Both have been struggling on only Jake's pay to make ends meet. On Tuesday, July 29, Michael is being released from the hospital, but cannot go home to Tucson due to surgical/recovery requirements. Jacob is going to have to remain in Tucson while Brittney & Michael will have to live in Phoenix to be near the hospital. Mike has never been outside of the hospital his entire life.
Brittney and Jacob must maintain separate houses for the foreseeable future as well as find money for co-pays for Michael's 15 medications that he will be taking. Jacob makes little money serving as an Airman and Brittney is unable to return to work because she must provide constant care to Michael. This Family really could use your help in making ends meet and turning Michael's story into a success. The entire Gevas/Taylor family are eternally grateful to the doctors and nurses at Children's Hospital for all their help and support and we will be eternally grateful for any help and support that you may be able to provide Jake and Brittney with while Michael travels the path toward recovery.
