Medical Bills and Travel Expenses

Crystal has been critically ill at U of M for over two weeks. She came down for a procedure to fix her stomach. She has been dealing with stomach problems ever since her gastric bypass surgery 4 years ago. Her procedure went well but her lungs were not as healthy as we thought. She has been silently aspirating for months and post surgery she was unable to come off the ventilator. Since her surgery she has not been able to wean off the vent and they have had to take many steps to help with her oxygenation. She has a 6 month old baby boy who she hasnt been able to spend time with or with her husband. Her husband has asked for FMLA but due to her being ill for most of the year, he does not have any paid time off left. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
