surgery fund

in march of 2016 i was shot during a random attempted mugging against me in my leg, it completely snapped in half and there were about 64 fractures. I've been working since then to try and figure everything out myself, but i have not moved the needle in the slightest because my leg did not heal properly. the only reason i can even walk is because of the metal rod from my knee to the ankle, there is a approximately 2 inch gap in the middle of my shin that never healed at all and it created some kind of joint which will flex with every step i take. Due to that and some nerve damage to other parts on my leg from the severe trauma and damage it took I'm in constant pain all day long.my surgeon has laid out a pathway to completely fixing my leg i just have to have 4 to 5 surgeries, which will put me in a wheelchair for a minimum of 3 months. unfortunately i can't afford to take that much time from work. these funds are simply to replace my work income during those 3+ months while i will be incapacitated.
