help Giovanna receive a proper send off

Hello all. This message goes out to all my friends and family. Our 4 year old daughter has been diagnosed with DIPG and has been given very little to live. This has come to us as a complete surprised and our family is not prepared in anyway to say goodbye to our child. Please any help for medical bills and other future expenses would be a great deal of help.
