We will never give up

This will really help my wife and I,We are trying to save ourhouse from going into forclosure/We saved for 20 years to buy this house,while helping supporting  my parents and other family members  before they passed  and we can't lose it now WE WILL NEVER GIVE UP /  really need a home base especially at this time,Back in December I had a stroke and have incurred a bunch of medical bills approx.($30.000)I have been on Disabilty since and it has been hard to pay the mortgage and bills at the same time
A few friends have helped us up until now to make it this far
We don't have any other family members to help us out 
I have had 9 years of medical issues(quintable by-pass heart surgery/leg by-pass surgery/lost big toe on left foot also 5 stints in that same leg then  found out I have type 2 diabetes
We have used all of our savings and 401 fund to stay in this house,My wife suffers from PTSD and severe panic disorder and has not en able to get employment,which stresses her that much more.
We can't afford to move and put up security in new housing and I'm also using a  walker and cane to get around and can not pick up more than 10lbs and can't move our house while using a walker
I am currently employed as print salesman but since stroke I'm  on Disabilty ,Also lost my biggest client and trying to keep my job despite all this,Ive had to have  7 additional surgeries since then,this has put me back to square 1 with my PT more mad about that then anything,had to have another surgery to fix my first by-pass that blew up and lost 3 units of blood and almost died ,please try to help us . this results in me being back in my wheelchair and can't walk

We need the funds ASAP!!!!( to stay ahead of mortgage and bills) We want raise but despite that it would be a great thing just to get a little help to settle things for right now and be able to have shelter and a some relief from bills and all the stress that this has cause,I sometimes think te been together for 37 years and thank god for her,I have been humbled greatly by the stroke would not be able to get through this without my wife/my life

just got out of hospital last week after 7 surgeries on my leg and foothis is all my fault but Linda tells me not think that way but it's hard not to.
We would really appreciate any help in saving our house and our lives.
