Kim Dembek surgery /medical expense

Hello everyone I am reaching out to raise money for Kims surgery for the reversal of her gastric bypass she has been sick for so long and is in desperate need of this surgery kim has been on a machine every night for 16 hrs that gives her nutrients and fats and all the nutrition she needs to survive but she has been doing it too long and needs to stop it the only option is surgery to reverse it and she is scheduled for April 6th they told her today March 30 that she has to have $1000 cash up front no payments  with Sam in the hospital funds are tight  kim really needs this surgery and finally it would be a good time having Sam being cared for in a facility kim has been through so much physically and emotionally and always has been there for others whether it be medicine, medical equip, preparing meals for those in need and emotional support she is always there to help so I am asking you to please donate to her surgery that she desperately needs at this time I asked her for her permission to do this she said she felt bad but if it was anyone else she would be doing the same thing thank you in advance no donation is too small together let's help kim get what she needs done ❤️ We will keep the funds going for them as they will need help with other things while going through all of this please continue to pray for them ❤️ God bless you PLEASE SHARE THIS ON YOUR PAGE
