Surgery Pending Current Treatment

Our french bulldog Dexter was diagnosed with having a Hemivertebrae today. This particular causes Dexter to not be able feel and use his back two legs. If condition worsens he will be paralyzed from the waist down and create further complications in his life. After already spending $2000 on his treatments and medications trying to get him back it seems our only option is to have an extremely expensive surgery done which has become an untimely financial burden we can't afford. We are seeking help from all compassionate pet owners, animal lovers, or anyone to help us fight through this rough patch this has put us through. Anything will help.
