Medical Expenses

My name is Luis Antonio Deleon Guerrero and i am seeking assistance for medical expenses accrued thus far for the care of my wife, Alicia Aldan Deleon Guerrero. She has been hospitalized for the past 4 months due to many health issues (heart and kidney failure, to name a few). It has been and continues to be a difficult time for me and my family, as most of them are residing off island and make repeat trips to assist me to care for my wife.
