Help with Cancer Treatment and Expenses

In May of this year, I celebrated my 30th birthday. 5 days later, I discovered a lump in my left breast. Although I wasn't especially concerned, I did some research (i.e. googling) and decided to follow up with my gynecologist. While my doctor suspected it was just a cyst, she referred me for several tests "just in case". Over the next few days, my anxiety rapidly grew. Though a diagnosis of breast cancer is highly unlikely in a 30 year old woman, I couldn't shake the feelings that something wasn't right. On June 20th, alone in my office at the end of a long work day, I opened her pathology report and read 3 words that would change my life: "invasive ductal carcinoma" (aka breast cancer).
Since then, I have undergone surgery and seen numerous doctors. I am now preparing to begin chemotherapy on August 6th. While I consider myself fortunate to have good insurance, there are still considerable out of pocket expenses (i.e. costly fertility preservation, a wig that doesn't look like a Halloween costume, meeting my deductible, etc.). Additionally, co-pays from frequent MD visits have already begun to add up. For this reason, I am asking for your help.
I sincerely apperciate any contribution you are able to make. Thank you in advance for helping to ease the financial stress that comes hand in hand with cancer treatment!
