Hi everyone,
For a very long time I have created many excuses on why I couldn't turn my dreams into reality. Always fearing to ask for help.
I am on a very special journey of healing from emotional stress related issues and decided to do something about it.
I'm going to use the month of November to attend a 10 day silent meditation retreat and do a few programs that I always wanted to do for myself.
Also, I will start my yoga certification program at the beginning of next year. As a yoga teacher my income is not sufficient to cover the expenses for my tuition, textbooks and the time gone without working.
So any help you can provide will be greatly appreciate it .
