Heart pump surgery

As everyone know by now my heart is to the point where I won't survive much longer. Without getting a heart pump I have been given 6 months to live, pressures in my lungs won't come down to stable,levels where I can be listen for a transplant. My only hope at this point is to get a heart pump implanted which will take over the function of my heart. I am raising money for maintenance after the surgery. And also they will not do the surgery without me showing that I have some kind of money to be able to take care of things and complications that might come up.
