I am Ssifu Clinton Kibuuka, the founder of Bwengula Circus Kids, I was born and raised up from Kosovo Slum in Kampala Uganda. I am an Artist doing acrobatics and gymnastics for a social change. The arts of acrobatics and gymnastics have transformed my life since I was a little kid. Now it is time to give back to the community!

With a few friends, I started Bwengula Circus Project in the year of 2014. Our work has managed to make a change in people’s lives through sharing skills.

The people living in the slums of Kampala are struggling a lot with unemployment, drug addiction, insufficient healthcare and lack of education. Establishing arts of acrobatics and gymnastics in the community saves people’s lives by giving them good support in terms of health and body fitness. In our program, we provide a space for children and young people to develop their personalities, learning together and being productive in the community. we are offering shelter, food & basic needs to the kids. Furthermore the children and youth of Bwengula Circus Kids develop a sense of belonging and grow social skills like team work and responsibility.

Through performances and divers community outreach activities, we reach many people inside and outside of the community. we hope that one day bwengula circus kids will have the chance to perform internationally as it is everyone's dream.

we are happy to say that the development we have had for the past years is good and through your donations we managed to purchase our first Teeterboard & a Patner duo bench, these Equipments will help us to extend our knowledge in the new acrobatic & gymnastic acts.

Adding to that, we still have a longway to go and your help is still needed to make the magic happen.

We are kindly asking you to give us support to buy food, basic needs and training equipments to grow our training center , your donations will help our project activities to keep running.

There are still a lot of supplies missing to provide a safe training ground and to offer our participants a more divers learning program.
