help rescue sad but loveable street dog

Dear animal lovers, I'm an EMT. Recently visited Montezuma Costa Rica where there a sad VERY loveable old female dog stuck by my side and followed me everywhere. Even up a steep mountain to waterfall. I jumped in water and turned to find her swimming with me. She followed to my room at night, sat at my feet in every restaurant but never begged for food. She's thin... Has conjunctivitis. She kissed my cheek as I had to say goodbye. PLEASE help me give her a home with me where I'll love her to her last days here. I live at a lake. Her heart deserves a better life. I need help. I work hard caring for people on ambulance and disabled. I don't make much $ for my hard work but I do it more because I care for those who hurt and I care for our animals. I would be willing to pay each of you back over time if you prefer. I'm a single mom of two adult kids I've struggled to raise alone. I work hard and love hard....and I try to never ask for handouts. This isn't for me...its about this loveable soul. Thank you.
