Wife has stage 4 cancer, need funds fast

My wife Jen was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer, that has spread to many parts of her body. She is going through a very hard time, the pain is excruciating, and only controlled by strong medication , and she is very weak and drained from chemotherapy.
  We are being evicted from our home on Tuesday,July 22, due to the fact that I have been out of work as a self employed handyman, recovering from open heart surgery in February, and I have become the sole provider and caregiver to my wife and our 2 young boys.
  WE HAVE NO PLACE TO GO YET!!!!
  We do not have a car due to lack of funds, which makes our situation VERY difficult, and we have bills piling up. We have health insurance, but we need to get a car, means for me to get around to my jobs and earn money, and get my wife to her doctor's appointments. It's critical she gets the care she needs and we cant make appointments sometimes...I cant afford a $30 taxi ride each way.
  I ask that you please help me and my family get to a comfortable place, and give me the tools and time to rebuild my business, I can do alot with a little if I get the chance!!!
