Domynik's Horn Fund

Hello, my name is Domynik Carter. 

I am a freshman Music Performance major at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. I am obviously in love with playing the horn and work hard everyday to show that!  

I come from the Lubbock Area, from the family of a single mother with seven children. Although life was not always easy-going, I am blessed to have learned to be a hard-working, determined young man through the examples set by a loving mother, and like-minded siblings. 

I went to Estacado High School here in Lubbock, Texas and graduated as Valedictorian of the 2017 class.  I come from a band program of less than forty people, where I was Drum Major, and a three-year All State musician.

Whilst working hard to save up money on my own, I am in need of help, and am grateful to any possible amount that can be donated. This goal will contribute to myself buying a professional model horn to play through my undergraduate degree and well into my graduate studies as well. 

Again, anything donated is heavily appreciated and I will use everything received to the best of my ability!
