Steve Judy Accident Fund
Donation protected
On Wednesday, July 16,2014, Steve was in a single vehicle accident and was life-flighted to Charleston Area Medical Center. While he was fortunate that the injuries were not more severe, his right leg remains paralyzed and he has cervical spine injuries. The doctors are saying that he will be hospitalized for several weeks for healing and rehabilitation. Steve turned 19 three days after the accident and consequently lost his medical coverage.
His mother, Stephanie, is a single mother of three who works very hard to provide for her family. However, she will remain at Steve's side in the hospital for several weeks to assist with his recovery and will be unable to work. That leaves the family without income for rent, groceries, medical bills, etc. In addition, even after discharge, there may be costs involved with making their home accessible for Steve.
Steve would have started his sophomore year at West Virginia University in a few short weeks.
Please help take the pressure off this great family.
Thanks in advance!!
