Christy's Cancer Costs

In March 2014 Christy's life changed with a breast cancer diagnosis:  Invasive Ductal Carcinoma.  This cancer is treatable and curable--just a long haul through Chemo treatments, radiation treatments, and surgeries.  She is nearly through with the Chemo portion and the treatments are working very well.

While Christy and her family are very grateful to have health insurance, there are still some hefty medical costs for their family to bear:
--deductibles for 2014 and 2015
--out-of-pocket maximums for 2014 and 2015
--seemingly endless co-payments for tests, appointments, and treatments (over $1300 copays for radiation treatments alone!)
