Busy mom & Grandma needs surgery

I've been putting off a medical condition for some time now because life happens and bills need to get paid. I am needing to have major surgery to replace three discs in my neck and they will be putting a titanium cage in to protect the new discs and vertebrae. The image attached is the MRI of my neck, as you can see the discs are pinching off my spinal cord. The surgery is necessary & not something I can put off any longer.  Along with the cost co-pay (up front) &  they said i will be out of work for at least three weeks without any income and living paycheck to paycheck makes this very difficult decision . The longer I wait the more damage it can cause to my limbs.  Right now my left pinkie is always numb, but my right arm is always numb and the pain in my shoulder is unbearable.  I just cant keep living this half life. I cant lift or carry anything heavy, even lifting my grandchildren is very difficult. Any wrong move causes a twinge or numbness. If I had the monetary means to do this right at this moment I would not be asking for help. Any and all help is a blessing. Every dollar counts-if you cant give please share.
