My Mum, Carrie, lost her battle with Cancer on 19th September 2020. she was the most selfless, brightest woman in any room, and i am wanting to raise some money for the women that cared for her.
The chemotherapy ward at Burton hospital have the most amazing girls. Angie and her team looked after my mum for 5 years. Without them, she wouldn’t have lived for as long as she did.
With the help of Derby and Nottingham hospital, my mum had several brain operations. i would personally like to thank each and every staff member that looked after mum, or had any kind of involvement to do with her treatment.
For Mums funeral, i ask that flowers are from family ONLY. However, i ask that if you would like to contribute in any way, sending a donation to these girls would mean the world to me.
100% of the donations received will go to the nurses on the Chemotherapy ward at Burton Hospital. Take care, Megan. x
