Hello everyone! I am here seeking a little help for one of my best friends and his family; Damian, Michele, and their three beautiful children (Brandon, Emilee, and Lydia).
In January, 2017 Damian suffered a severe concussion due to a work injury, and has been fighting with several debilitating complications over the course of the last year. His current condition has rendered him unable to work (currently), and the family recently has found out that worker's compensation and insurance has ceased all coverage.
Damian is determined to get back to work, but has frequent fainting spells, debilitating headaches, and vision problems due to suffering the severe concussion. His wife, Michele, recently graduated with a degree in Nursing, but has not been able to obtain work due to her need to remain home to care for their three children as well as Damian during this difficult time.
I am asking that if you can, please give this family a little help. Currently, they are using what is left of their savings to pay bills, buy necessities, and to pay for Damian's therapy to ensure that he can return to work as quickly as possible (but it has been a long and tough road). I'm not sure if there is an end in sight, but if we all pull together we can make life a little more manageable for this wonderful family.
