Building winter cat shelters

Hi! My name is Taylor and I'm raising money to create winter shelters for feral cats out of storage bins, hay, and insulation. It's a little expensive, it's around $30-50 to make one shelter and I wanted to make a few of them. The bins cost around $40 to make two shelters, the insulation is around $18 for one and hay is $8 a bale and one would help cover about two shelters. I would really appreciate the help and all excess donations will go to a local shelter! Thank you so much everyone. I've created one already and after putting a lot of catnip in it, there's signs someone slept in it! The cats we have seen and fed look already fixed because there's a male who hasn't been but doesn't belong to anyone and doesn't want to be brought in as a pet around our cats so I would like to make him and the rest as comfortable as possible this winter.
