Building Efforts for Brandy’s CBD Bakery

In March of 2020 Brandy’s Canna Butter Delites had its hopes set on rooting themselves in the heart of Auburn Gresham. Brandy’s CBD (an African American owned fresh bakery ) is known by many for their CBD infused beverages and comfort foods.
Originally, Brandy's CBD expected to open its doors in July of 2020 however, due to the COVID -19 pandemic all plans were put on hold. Personally affected by the pandemic Brandy’s owners found themselves depleting their savings just to get by. As if things weren't already devastating enough, following the death of George Floyd, the Auburn Gresham community was DESTROYED and VANDALIZED by LOOTERS leaving the neighborhood in shambles.
Therefore, Brandy's owners found themselves having to rebuild before they could even began the process of opening. Brandy and her husband are aware of how overwhelmed everyone is with funding requests. They've saved and sought other means of funding prior to creating a GoFundMe account, this is essentially their last hope. The owners of Brandy's CBD have enough money to get started but, not enough to finish.
By creating a GoFundMe Brandy would like to show others that no matter how devastating the blows of life are with faith and perseverance you can pull yourself up by the bootstrap and reach your goals.
