Bogey’s Road to Recovery

The month of March was a difficult month. David suffers from spinal stenosis and had a flare up that led to many falls and a bad accident from the disease.

When David first went to the emergency room in early March he was told on top of his back pain from the spinal stenosis he also had an infection in his bladder. He went home and a week later he fell two times. David had no feeling in his legs but was pushing forward as he always has. He had an injury from a fall that led him to the amputation of his ring finger. He also had been fighting the bladder infection and the back pain from the spinal stenosis.

The past several weeks he has been in a rehab to build his strength back up. The other day the nurses found out he had deep vein thrombosis and have been closely monitoring him at this time.

David owns his own business that he started when his dear wife, Barbara was fighting the good fight against cancer. Since his back pain started he has been unable to work which is his main source of income and he is the only one running this business.
